Compactness — how well-knit and firm the body frame and joints are.
Measurements — the body's proportions and dimensions relative to ideal standards.
Adaptability — how well the person tolerates and adjusts to foods, climates, and circumstances.
Mental strength — the clarity, courage, and psychological resilience of the mind.
Digestive capacity — the strength of Agni (digestive fire) and the amount of food one can properly digest.
Exercise capacity — the physical stamina and tolerance for exertion.
Age category — the patient's stage of life, which affects dosha dominance and treatment approach.
